I got out last Saturday and did my first official shoots. It was SO much fun being on the other side of the camera!!
It also helped that the people I was shooting were just amazing....and happened to be good friends of mine ;)
First, I met up with my girl Lindsey and she really just blew me away with her natural beauty and sheer comfort in front of the camera. We had such a good time!

Then, mine and Lindsey's friend, Christina (who introduced Lindsey and I years ago), came and met up with us and brought her gorgeous 16 month old son, Landyn. I hear from a lot of people that kids can be a challenge to shoot. As always, Landyn was exceptional and pure bliss.
I swear it was just yesterday I was watching this tiny beautiful baby be born. How quickly he's grown into a little handsome man! I love watching him grow up and I'm even more excited for him to be a big brother as his Mom and Dad eagerly await the arrival of his sister this summer!Woo. Enough of that mushy stuff. I'm going to tear up thinking of how quickly his childhood is going by!
After Landyn's pictures I met up with the always gorgeous Leslie and Kaydee.
Throughout the day Lindsey, Landyn, and I faced the challenge of taking pictures with some minimal sprinkles/showers. (Okay, it was really just Lindsey and I. Landyn could have cared less!)
When I met up with the girls the rain was a bit more persistent, causing us to shorten our shoot by at least 1/2 the time we would have actually spent on it had it not rained.
Thankfully they are both beautiful women and we didn't let a little rain get in our way during the short time we had.
Gaw. Isn't she stunning?

The best combination....at least in my books!
